Return Policy

This policy applies to printed rest guides and workshop materials purchased directly from Ankleplanet.

Change-of-mind returns

You may return unused printed guides within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Items must arrive undamaged, without writing or folds, and in original packaging.

Faulty or misdescribed items

If a guide arrives misprinted or materially different from its description, contact us within 30 days for replacement or refund including reasonable return postage within Australia.

Digital editions

Downloadable guides are non-refundable once accessed, unless a technical fault prevents download after purchase.

How to start a return

Email contact@ankleplanet.world with your order reference and reason. We will provide return instructions to our Pooraka studio or approved depot.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Consumer guarantees

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded by this policy.
